INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS
BASIC INSTRUCTOR RANK
Basic Instructor Rank may be granted to any individual who has successfully
completed the 16 hour Basic Practitioner course taught by Chief Instructor
Robert Redfeather or another qualified instructor specifically authorized by
CI Redfeather. As well as additional teaching
requirements established by
CI Redfeather. Instructors also must have a Current Teaching License Issued
Through the Apache Knife Association. Teaching Licenses are Valid for One
year and must be renewed yearly.
GHOST DOG PRACTITIONER RANK
Ghost Dog instructor rank may be granted to any individual who has
successfully completed the Ghost dog apprentice course (8hr), the Basic
Practitioner (16hr) course and the Ghost Dog practitioner course (16hr)
taught by Chief Instructor Robert Redfeather or another qualified instructor
specifically authorized by CI Redfeather. As well as additional teaching
requirements established by CI Redfeather. Instructors also must have a
Current Teaching License Issued Through the Apache Knife Association.
Teaching Licenses are Valid for One year and
must be renewed yearly.
PROFESSIONAL PRACTITIONER RANK
Professional Instructor rank may be granted to any individual who has
successfully completed the Ghost dog apprentice course(8hr), the Basic
Practitioner (16hr) course, the Ghost Dog practitioner course (16hr) and the
Apache Combat Tracking Team taught by Chief Instructor Robert Redfeather or
another qualified instructor specifically authorized by CI Redfeather. As
well as additional teaching requirements established by CI Redfeather.
Instructors also must have a Current Teaching License Issued Through the
Apache Knife Association. Teaching Licenses are Valid for One year and must
be renewed yearly.
EXPERT PRACTITIONER RANK
Expert Practitioner rank may granted solely by CI Redfeather after
successful completion of all under ranks. As well as additional teaching
requirements established by CI Redfeather. Instructors also must have a
Current Teaching License Issued Through the Apache Knife Association.
Teaching Licenses are Valid for One year and must be renewed yearly.
MASTER PRACTITIONER RANK
Master Practitioner rank may granted solely by CI Redfeather after
successful completion of all under ranks. As well as additional teaching
requirements established by CI Redfeather. Instructors also must have a
Current Teaching License Issued Through the Apache Knife Association.
Teaching Licenses are Valid for One year and must be renewed yearly.
SEMINAR ALERT
Attention all
students. Please be advised that all Official Apache Knife Combat seminars are
taught only by Chief instructor Robert Redfeather or another instructor of
Professional Instructor
rank or above and who is a member in good standing of the
Apache Knife Association who has met their annual proficiency and
re-qualification testing. Although there are many qualified instructors of the
basic and ghost dog instructor rank who can teach ongoing Apache Knife Combat
Classes, these individuals are not authorized to teach seminars.

Please note that Any rank issued
through seminar training or ongoing training that is issued by any instructor
other than Chief Instructor Robert Redfeather is not valid and should be
considered fraudulent.
